As the person responsible for Fidelity Institutional marketing strategy, Jon oversaw marketing effectiveness, marketing technology, and digital marketing strategy and capabilities that drive the digital client experience.

Before joining Fidelity in 2015, Mr. Davies managed the B2B e-commerce personalization roadmap and strategy for Staples. Prior to that, he worked at Schneider Electric, where he led the global digital user experience group.
